HOA Announcements
Annual Community Meeting
The Stone Forest Homeowners Association will be hosting their annual community meeting on July 26, 2026. The meeting will take place at the Port of Kalama Timber Market (Willard Case Room) at 2 pm and virtually via Google Meet. Virtual meeting links will be emailed to homeowners and posted through HOA communication channels prior to the meeting. All homeowners and welcome and encouraged to participate in the annual meeting.

PayHOA
To improve communication, efficiency, and homeowner access to Association information, Stone Forest Board is implementing PayHOA property management software.
Each homeowner will receive access to a secure homeowner portal that allows you to:

make HOA payments online

view account balances and payment history

participate in electronic voting and election where permitted

access CC&Rs, bylaws, budgets, and other governing documents

receive meeting notices and community updates
